Group and Solo Exhibitions

Engelman has been prodigious over the years and had many solo shows with too many to be listed here, as well as being included in group and juried shows during her long arts career. She has been represented by Holdsworth Galleries in Woollahra, Aarwun Galleries in Canberra and many others over her lifetime but Engelman has now reached retirement and continues her art on a slower and more careful pace as she explores the landscape she loves with fewer works being produced. Some highlights are listed below:

2020 – “Land / Story” – The Peisley Street Gallery Orange NSW

2019 – 2021 “Moods of Mungo” – permanent display at Mungo Lodge, Arumpo NSW – Engelman visits Lake Mungo from time to time to reconnect with that ancient and sacred landscape. The impact of Mungo and the surrounding land on her work has been profound and has left a mark in her soul that shines through as a love for Australia.

2018 “The Eclectic Life” – exhibition with Josephine Jagger-Manners at The Barracks Gallery Orange NSW to support Palliative Care. This exhibition was a fun affair showing the two very different artists and their unique styles.

2018 – “Flow” Solo show at Ludlow Gallery Orange NSW

2016 – “Wild Women of Arkaroola PLUS” – Queen Street Gallery Woollahra NSW

2013 “Land/Marks” – Jayes Gallery and Sculpture Gardens Molong NSW

2012 – “Artists of the Outback” – Aarwun Gallery Canberra ACT

2010 – “The Eye of the Eagle” – Aarwun Gallery Canberra ACT
